Obituary of Ralph P. Garguilo
Ralph P. Garguilo, 94, passed away August 19th, 2019.
Born in Staten Island, he resided in Old Bridge since 1955.
A World War II veteran, Ralph served as a Seaman First Class in the United States Navy and was a proud member of the Tin Can Sailors. He was the recipient of the American Theater Medal, the Victory Medal, the Asiatic-Pacific Medal and the Philippine Liberation Medal.
He worked for Proctor & Gamble for 40 years, retiring in 1988. He spent the majority of his retirement with family, enjoying horse racing, cards and laughing.
Ralph is survived by his beloved wife, Jena (Dimauro) Garguilo, his sister Josephine, his three sons, Neil, Patrick, and Ralph Jr., his grandchildren Anthony, Neil, Justin and Santina and his great grandchildren Anthony Jr. and Riley Gabriella.
Ralph is proceeded by his sisters Mary and Margaret and his brother Louis.
A visitation will be held Thursday, August 22nd, from 6:00-9:00pm at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
