Betty Cipriano age 83, passed away Wednesday, December 26th at the Reformed Church Home in Old Bridge. She was surrounded by her devoted family.
She was born in May 1935 in Troop, PA to Emma and Earl Travis.
Betty was a homemaker who loved to cook, crochet and create beautiful crafts. In addition to her own children, she cared for a number of foster children, as well as sponsoring many foreign exchange students.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Joseph M. Cipriano, who passed away in 2015, her beloved granddaughter Jessica Uveges Lonigro, and by two sisters and a brother.
She leaves behind her loving family, Diana Karaban and her husband Dino, Nancy Uveges and her husband Bob, Lisa Baumann and her husband Rich, and Jody Cipriano Milek, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and her brother Earl Travis.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2nd, from 4-8pm at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. A service will take place at 9:30am on Thursday, January 3rd at the funeral home, followed by burial at Holy Cross Burial Park in South Brunswick.
Betty's daughters would like to thank the staff of the Reformed Church Home of Old Bridge for the amazing care that she received while residing there. You are truly special angels.
