Anne Wyer passed away surrounded by her children on Monday, July 24th, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge.
She was 84 years of age.
Born in New York, NY, she resided in Old Bridge, where she was a founding member and communicant of St. Ambrose Church, and served as a Eucharistic Minister, as well as a member of St. Ambrose Seniors.
Anne worked as a Tax Collector for Old Bridge Township.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent F. Wyer, who passed away in 1989, her son John Wyer, her sister Rosemary and husband Wes Kaldahl, and her brother Frank and wife Mary Stevens.
Anne leaves her loving children; Jean Robinson and husband Matt, Kevin Wyer and wife Cathy, Patricia Wyer and husband Greg Winsper, Eileen Wyer and husband Garret Vliet, Anne Therese Wyer and husband Brian Reichert, and Michael Wyer and wife Karen. She was the loving grandmother to Sean, Erin, Ryan, Kirsten, Brendan, Hannah, Caroline, John, Christopher, Katie, Owen, Lily, and Emily. She leaves her cousin Eileen Canty and was a devoted aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 27th, from 4-8pm at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
Funeral Services will be Friday, July 28th, at 9:00am at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10:30am at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park in South Brunswick.
