Joan Helen (Gasavage) Tita passed away Friday, March 5, 2010 at Care One Nursing Home, East Brunswick.
Mrs. Tita was 65 years of age.
Born in Bronx, New York she moved to South River 30 years ago.
Joan was a member of the South River Booster Club.
She was predeceased by her husband Leo Tita who died in 1993, and her sister Christine Winburry who died in 2006.
She is survived by her two sons; Joseph Tita and his wife Annette of Sayreville, and Michael Tita and his wife Kim of South River, her sister Elizabeth
Monks of Cape Coral, Florida, and her brother-in-law Frank Winburry
of Saddle Brook.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 9, 2010at 11:00 AM at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road in East Brunswick.
Burial will be at the Clover Leaf Cemetery in Woodbridge.
Calling hours will be Monday, March 8, 2010 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ.
